In addition to release of the public database containing brain imaging and behavioral data in more than 200 children in the age range of birth to 18 years, the Pediatric Functional Neuroimaging Reseach Network also makes available the methods that were used to acquire and process this data.
By following the links on this page you can find the Philips pulse sequence code to run the ASL/BOLD double excitation-double echo acquisition method on your scanner as well as the Exam Cards containing the parameters we used to collect the data set. These methods are also available for Siemens 3T MRI scanners upon request.
Data acquired according to the C-MIND protocol can also be processed using our pre-defined processing pipelines. These are available for either the Nipype or LONI environments for execution or download to your own computational resources.
