OUR LABORATORY
Strategies in complex diseases variant discovery and functional studies

We have a strong interest in applying ancestry variation and population genetics/genomics to find genes in common disease studies. We are using various integrated approaches to understand the role of ancestry and genetic variations in phenotypic variation.

Strategies in complex diseases variant discovery and functional studies

We have a strong interest in applying ancestry variation, population genetics/genomics and bioinformatics approaches to find genes in human disease studies. We are using various integrated "omics" approaches to understand the role of ancestry and genetic variations in phenotypic variation.
